As you all know, for the month of May, I was co hosting the #MayWeOm Corporate Yoga Challenge to help promote yoga, zen and wellness in the workplace, no matter what type of work environment you have. Along with some incredibly talented hosts, on specific days of the week, we posted images on Instagram of us practicing certain yoga positions at our workplace. Through social media, we were able to reach thousands of yogis, stateside and abroad, to participate and share their poses as we all practice together. Each time I posted an image of a specific pose, it reminded of of my spiritual yoga journey in Morocco and reminded me how much everyone needs a mental break throughout their work day.
Below I share with you a complete look at all of my poses throughout the month, along with some of my favorites from hosts and other yogis who participated in this journey with us.

So there you go folks. Hosting this yoga challenge has made me completely aware of the metal breaks I need to take throughout my work days, if only for a few minutes. I am not hosting the next challenge, but two of the hosts from the previous one are back in action for another 30 days of inspiration!
